Lack of executive alignment is one of the biggest challenges with ERP implementations, digital transformations, and HCM initiatives. In fact, most root causes of problems and ERP failures can be traced back to this executive misalignment. But what exactly does "alignment" mean and how do we get our internal teams and stakeholders on the same page? Answering this question is a key prerequisite to executive sponsorship and effective organizational change management. In this episode, I describe the frameworks that my team and I use to help get executive teams and their digital transformation project teams in sync to operate more like a well-oiled machine.
